I've also come to know from the sources which connected to me in Vijayawada that Shyam Sundar is also not been seen in his own town since many days as in one comment made by us on his Blog "Hum aapke Vijayawada mein aake 200,000 se bhi zyada networker aapko Phoolo ka haar pahenayenge, aur tumhare hi log tum par thookenge".
In reply he said that he fears that Nmartians will come to Vijaywada and he knows that he is going to get defeated in the case filed by him, he said" So we have instructed the Police here to give us more protection as we know people will come to Vijayawada".

But guys these Docs. proves that Shyam is a Cheater as his is a journalist, we all know they are born Blackmailers, they find the companies which are growing, they find the ways to take them to court and try to bring them in some losses so that the companies comes in to negotiation with such Bastards and pay them some money.
This is how Shyam's own business runs as an NGO is what they call it. In other news i have found that Shyam is not so much wealthy person and was a Court clerk before some times, he sent his Kids to study abroad, now the question is sending your kid to study in US, UK, EU or in Australia cost not less than 800,000 a Year, from where this man is getting so much of money to pay his Kids Collage fees? Simple.
This man which means Shyam Sundar is blackmailing companies which are trying to keep their foot steps in Andhra and take money from them. He quoted he is an Organization and cannot pay huge salaries to people who work with him, but he don't want to pay and keep the part of money only with him.
His blogs are fake, none updated to the latest, the latest news are "Mumbai High Court" has ordered Shyam Sundar and his alies to file the details of answers in what manner the case was filed against the Nmart people, why they were being picked from Surat without informing them prior as well as to the Police of Surat. When some people are not in to a Companies head board how have you studied the case and filed the complaint on them stating them a Head board members?
Friends, Families of Nmart and associates, keep your TRUST in Nmart, very soon, very soon we will come with the decision favoring us and Shyam will than be punished by us, we all will greet him with bunch of flowers in Tons which he will not even be able to handle them with a shame.

and I should tell u that being an associate and I have not got smart card activated till now but still after all these problems,
police investigation, cases against Nmart, site not working etc. etc. still my 220/- gift voucher was honoured on saturday 15/09/2012.
I just want one answer, If Mr. Gopal Shekhawat is fraud and his intention is to rob money from associates like us, he would have shut down all malls and he would have stopped honouring all gift vouchers as according to you Mr. Shyam,
now his intention to rob money from public is known by all so there is no use to spend any more penny.
I am not opposing you Mr. Shyam but my opinion is that if a person is working with positive attitude we should let him work but Mr. shyam as your opinion is that one day he will disappear so we should need to improve company law so that no company registered under this act can run away in a night.
I think Mr. Shyam u have to work in this regard which will not only help all associates who are already registered with Nmart.

ReplyDeleteNmart has filed a writ petition in the High Court against Police Department and Mr Shyam Sundar on 29/08/2012 with writ no. WP 27101/2012 to quash the FIR No. 154/2012-Prakasam Dist .
Nmart has filed a writ petition in the High Court appealing to quash the proceedings of investigation into the business activities of the Company and stating that The Police interfered into the business activities of the company basing on complaint lodged by a Civil Society Organisation Corporate Frauds Watch, and included that the Petitioner is not a member/customer of our business outlets nor he suffered any loss due to activities of the Company. " It is a frivolous complaint," it avverred.
The Honorable Justice K C Bhanu after hearing the arguments, he asked the State Government and the Police to file their counters in three weeks and included the Corporate Frauds Watch also one of the respondent to file its counter.
Approx listing date would be 17th September 2012

Kerala state cabinet approved the recommendations of the committee headed by chief secretary direct selling,specifying guidelines for the sellers.
The following guidelines were set by the Kerala State Government to regulate sale of goods and services outside of retail establishments known as 'direct selling' and to provide for protection of the consumers who purchase goods and services from direct sellers.
These guidelines will remain in force till an appropriate legislation is enacted for the said purpose.
Definition:
1. Direct selling
Direct selling means marketing of consumer products/services directly to the consumers generally in their homes or homes of others, at their work place and other places away from the permanent retail locations, usually through explanation or demonstration of the products by a direct seller or by mail order sales.
2. Direct selling Entity
Direct selling Entity means a business entity which sells or markets products with its trademark or services mark or nay other identifying mark through a direct selling individual or organization.
3. Direct seller
Direct seller means a person who is a member of a distribution system of the direct selling entity engaged in direct selling.
4. Mail order sales
Mail order sales means sale of goods and services which a person conducts either by himself or through any person authorized by him, by receiving an offer for a sale contract by mail.
5. Pyramid schemes/money change scheme is a scheme ;or arrangement which also includes any money circulation scheme as defined within the meaning of the Section 2 (c) and 2 (e) of the Prize Chits & Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978, involving sale of goods and services, where a person for a consideration acquires the opportunity to receive a pecuniary benefit which is not dependent on the volume of goods or services sold or distributed but is based wholly or partly upon the inducement of additional persons to participate in such a scheme or arrangement.
6. Consumer
Consumer means any person who buys or agrees to buy goods from a direct seller for a consideration. I. Conditions for a valid direct selling The following conditions are to be complied with by the Direct Selling entities and Direct Sellers. a) The Direct Selling Entity should be a legal entity authorized to conduct business in India and which files all returns as mandated by law. b) The direct selling entity should be a valid licensee or a permitted user of a registered trademark which identifies the promoter, goods or services distributed.
c) The Direct selling entities should main websites with complete details of their products/services, terms and conditions, price, details of direct sellers and all relevant information about the company and business. The websites shall be updated regularly and shall furnish all necessary information required by the District Industries Centre.
d) The Direct Selling Entity shall not require a direct seller to purchase any product or collect any membership fee as a condition precedent for enrollment.
e) The compensation to direct sellers shall only be based on the quantum of sale of goods and services.
f) The Direct selling entity should ensure that a consumer purchasing goods or services from a direct seller shall have at least thirty days from the date of delivery of such goods and services to return the same and to receive full refund.
g) A Direct selling entity shall require direct sellers to provide the following information to the consumers at the time of the sale.
i. Name, address and telephone number of the direct seller and direct selling entity.
ii. The direct selling entity shall display details of their direct sellers on their websites.
