Yesterday NMart writ petition No. 27101 filed in andharapradesh highcourt,,,,, Andhra Pradesh High Court has reached the Bench of Justice K C Bhanu on Monday afternoon. However, the counsels of opposite side to nmart could not file their petition in the court at 17sep Monday ,,, probably thinking it won't reach the bench in time,,,,otherwise,I believe they have don’t have proper evidence to prove against nmart company,,,,, so,the Honourable Bench adjourned the case hearing for one more week….
Pls I request to our nmart members wait for one week for the good result,,,,,, Once the case filled by the opposite party,,,,within this week,,,the case going to a argue by both side,,,,,
Sure 100% nmart going to win this case,,,,,,after this case ending,,,,,we no need to tell our nmart is good,,,people and media will say about the nmart is a very good company,,,,

Nmart Filed a Writ Petition No. 27101/2012 Against Police Dept and Shyam Sundar,
Nmart has filed a writ petition in the High Court against Police Department and Mr Shyam Sundar on 29/08/2012 with writ no. WP 27101/2012 to quash the FIR No. 154/2012-Prakasam Dist .
Nmart has filed a writ petition in the High Court appealing to quash the proceedings of investigation into the business activities of the Company and stating that The Police interfered into the business activities of the company basing on complaint lodged by a Civil Society Organisation Corporate Frauds Watch, and included that the Petitioner is not a member/customer of our business outlets nor he suffered any loss due to activities of the Company. " It is a frivolous complaint," it avverred.
The Honorable Justice K C Bhanu after hearing the arguments, he asked the State Government and the Police to file their counters in three weeks and included the Corporate Frauds Watch also one of the respondent to file its counter.
